An overgrown front yard before a one-time cut
One-Time Cuts

One-time lawn cuts in Asheboro & Randolph County, NC

Yard got away from you? I will knock it back down in one visit. You do not have to sign up for anything.

No contract, no commitment

Some people want their yard cut every week. Some people just need it handled once. Both are fine.

A one-time cut is exactly what it sounds like. I come out, knock the yard back down, clean it up, and that is the end of it. You are not signing up for anything and nobody is going to keep showing up at your house.

When people call me for one

  • The yard got ahead of them and they cannot catch up
  • The mower broke and the grass did not stop growing
  • A rental just turned over and needs to look right for the next tenant
  • A house is going on the market and needs to photograph well
  • Family is coming into town
  • A code notice showed up and the grass has to come down now

What a rescue cut involves

Tall grass is a different job from a maintained lawn. It can need a higher first pass and then a second pass lower, so the yard is not left buried under clumps of cut grass. It takes longer and it is harder on equipment, so a first cut on a badly overgrown yard usually costs more than a regular visit would.

I will tell you that up front, not after I am done.

It still comes with the whole treatment

A one-time cut still includes edging, weed eating, and a blow off. The point is to hand the yard back to you looking finished.

And if you want me back

Plenty of one-time cuts turn into regular ones once people see the yard looking right. If that is you, say the word and I will put you on a schedule. If not, no pressure at all.

Common questions about one-time cuts

Do I have to sign up for regular service?
No. A one-time cut is a single visit with no schedule and no commitment. If you decide later that you want me back, just text Levi.
My yard is really overgrown. Is that a problem?
It is not a problem, it just takes longer. Very tall grass can need two passes so the lawn is not left covered in clumps, so a rescue cut usually costs more than a regular visit. I will tell you the price before I start.
How fast can you get to me?
Text or call Levi at (336) 465-6620 and ask. He texts back fast and will tell you straight when he can be there.
Do you do rentals and vacant houses?
Yes. Rental turnovers and empty houses going on the market are a common reason people call for a single cut.
